The Eramosa marble is a limestone whose name derives from the nearby Eramosa river in Ontario, Canada where it is quarried. It is characterized by its longitudinal veins and colors that can range from dark greens to beiges and browns which allow it to be suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Eramosa marble can be worked both in the direction of its grain or against it. Visually, it’s similar to a dark onyx.
