Statuario Venato. This marble has a milk-white background and grey veins which may be thick and of varying frequency, or fine and very dense. The blocks measure approx 3.00x1.70x1.70m. Its grain is medium-fine and it is often used for interior flooring and tiling. It is not so commonly found in nature as the Carrara White Marbles.
